Non Player Characters (NPCs) are units that aren't controlled by a human player. They have predefined Skills, and some are spawned with one or more skill points, which can be assigned by the owner. They can also become better at some skills by gaining XP to "level up". Then, their predefined skills are boosted, and they may receive Skill Points
