Facility Income is a way to receive an income within the Combine. Everything costs and so the players need a source of credit income. Among all other facilities in the combine, there a some facilities which can create a monthly income for players and factions.
In order to receive it, you can build or buy a facility, take care, that you are the manager and look for somebody with a high trade skill, who is willing to be the operator of your facility. There is also a market for renting facilities. Some factions offer this service. You pay them a certain number of credits and they make you manager of it.

To receive a monthly income from a facility. several conditions must be met.

The facility's crewlist must be set Open To All.

The facility must have an operator and that operator must be active (logged in within the past week).

The facility must have a manager. If the manager is a player, he or she must be active.

The facility must be powered.

The income always goes to the manager of a facility. Note that there are some facilities needing a special manager in order to create an income.

These are:
